The Influence of Estrogen Level on the Endometrial Transformation Day for Hormone Replacement Therapy-Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer Cycle on Pregnancy Outcome

To investigate how estrogen level on the endometrial transformation day for hormone replacement therapy-frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle influences pregnancy outcome. A retrospective analysis was conducted clinical data from 772 patients who underwent therapy-frozenthawed between January 2016 and 2020 in Reproductive Medicine Center, Maternal Child Health Hospital of Shaoguan City. The were divided into 5 groups according to their estradiol as follows: Group (estradiol<150 pg/ ml, 126 cycles). B (150≤estradiol<300 pg/ml, 318 cycles); C (300≤estradiol<450 154 D (450≤estradiol<900 115 E (estradiol>900 59 There no statistically significant differences general conditions among (p>0.05).
